Delivery time

​

• We will target to deliver items within 2 to 4 days after confirming the order. 

• Deliveries will be made between 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday. No deliveries will be made during public holidays and extreme weather conditions in Hong Kong like Typhoon 8. 

• We use the best logistics companies to ensure reliable deliveries. The delivery staff will get into touch with you when your order is ready.

Delivery Charge

• We will charge a flat delivery fee of HKD 50 for orders up to HK$500. 

• For orders above HK$500  there is no home delivery charge.

• You do not need to pay delivery staff. The delivery fee, if applicable, will be added to your bill automatically.

Returns and Refund

​

• There will be no refunds and returns unless the product is defective or there is a non availability of the product.
